Better than homemade or restaurant quality meatballs
A very simple… yet traditional recipe, with very fresh ingredients. These meatballs are just as good, in some cases much better..than homemade or from a rstrnt. However you eat them, they are going to be great. I like a good meatball sub myself. Italian bread toasted and slit, piled with hot meatballs, cheeses and sauce. Then, placed under the broiler, until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Since the balls and sauce are already hot when you made your sub, the broiler part wont take long at all!
