Meatball Mac n Cheese Stuffed Peppers
I made stuffed peppers using my Mama Mancini meatballs n sauce. You can use your meatballs n sauce but please don’t use those frozen ones from the market full of preservatives and junk!
These are so simple to make.
You’ll need:
- Bell Peppers
- 1 Meatball
- 4-5 ounces of sauce
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- A little Romano cheese
(3-4 med size peppers)
Directions:
- First cleaned the peppers and then put them in boiling water for 5 minutes
- Drain and let cool
- Then in a bowl crush 1-meatball into 4-5 ounces of sauce and add to that 1 cup cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella and a little Romano cheese
- Then bake in a pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes
- This should stuff 3-4 med size peppers
