Meatball Parmigiana

Meatball Parmigiana(1) Meatball Parmigiana
So, this is something I have been making for more years then I can remember and every time I make it, everyone asks for the recipe. It’s so simple to make and you can serve it many ways. I love it just the way it is or you can also serve it on a sub roll or even over some pasta!
Of course I use my meatballs and sauce but you can certainly use yours.

Directions:

  1. Put fully cooked meatballs in a baking dish.
  2. Add the sauce.
  3. Add shredded mozzarella.
  4. Add ricotta cheese.
  5. Add grated romano or Parmesan cheese or both.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbling hot and cheese is melted.

The amount of cheese you add is up to you. Me, I like lots of cheese, so I add a lot.
