Meatball Parmigiana
So, this is something I have been making for more years then I can remember and every time I make it, everyone asks for the recipe. It’s so simple to make and you can serve it many ways. I love it just the way it is or you can also serve it on a sub roll or even over some pasta!
Of course I use my meatballs and sauce but you can certainly use yours.
Directions:
- Put fully cooked meatballs in a baking dish.
- Add the sauce.
- Add shredded mozzarella.
- Add ricotta cheese.
- Add grated romano or Parmesan cheese or both.
- Bake at 350 degrees till bubbling hot and cheese is melted.
The amount of cheese you add is up to you. Me, I like lots of cheese, so I add a lot.
