New Touches to Picnic Dining

Mama Mancini’s and Dan have been featured in local California newspaper Mountain Democrat as well as its online counterpart MtDemocrat.com in an article titled, “New Ideas” under the Foothill Dining section.

Using National Picnic Month as an introduction, the article explained that “Daniel Mancini of Mama Mancini’s has some fun ideas for adding some new touches to picnic dining.” The editorial noted the different meatballs varieties and stated, “Mama Mancini’s offers plenty of all-natural meatball options for everyone to enjoy. Just heat over the grill and serve as a slider or enjoy as a snack on a toothpick.” Furthermore, the article included Dan’s Grilled Zucchini recipe and his Italian Style Mac n’ Cheese recipe as additional picnic meal options.
