MamaMancini’s Game Day Baked Ziti
I love hanging with my family and friends on Sunday eating comfort food and watching the game.
If you’re hosting or attending a Super Bowl party this year, try making this delicious recipe. I promise you it’s easy to make and your family and friends will definitely enjoy them.
INGREDIENTS
You will need: 2 boxes of MamaMancini’s Slow Cooked Italian Sauce and Meatballs, 1 lb of ziti, 1 lb of whole milk mozzarella and 1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese.
PREPARATION
- Thaw and heat 2 boxes of MamaMancini’s Slow Cooked Italian Sauce and Meatballs
- Crush the meatballs with the sauce using a fork
- Cook 1 lb of ziti — drain and mix with the crushed meatball and sauce
- Add 1/2 lb of whole milk mozzarella cut into small cubes and mix
- Place the ziti mixture into a baking dish, top with grated Romano cheese and spread remaining mozzarella cubed around the top of the ziti.
- Place the baking dish into a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min to heat through and melt cheese on top
