Stove Top Meatball Parm

Stove Top Meatball ParmI love making this dish, it comes together very quickly and the options are endless!

For is recipe I used my Mama Mancini Meatballs and sauce but you can use your own too.

  1. In a skillet I heated the meatballs in my sauce till hot then I added some fresh mozzarella and ricotta.
  2. I put the lid on and let it sit for 5 minutes. Don’t remove the lid for the 5 minutes and you will have perfectly melted cheese. No need for the oven.

This works great with some cooked pasta when you add the cheese as well as cooked eggplant, broccoli…..well you get the idea. I always serve from the skillet and everyone loves it.
