Swordfish
So, I picked up a nice piece of swordfish and I marinated it with some basil, garlic, and lemon.
You’ll need:
- swordfish
- olive oil
- basil, minced
- fresh garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
- lemon
Directions:
- Mince the basil and garlic, and mix with a little salt and pepper.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the fish and coat evenly with the spices.
- Then put it in a zip bag with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Marinate for about an hour.
- Cook this on a hot grill, about 5 minutes on each side.
