Seriously, this is “Grandmalicious” which is beyond delicious.

 

You’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2-tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1-garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Grated Romano Cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower by cutting the leafs and stem off so the Cauliflower sits flat.
  2. Smash the minced garlic with the back of a spoon in a bowl then add the balance ingredients and whisk
    together.
  3. Brush the mustard evenly over the Cauliflower.
  4. Place the Cauliflower on a baking sheet and into a pre heated 400 degree oven
    5-this will take 45 minutes to 1 hour to roast.
  5. Done is a matter of preference. When the outside looks like my photo, it’s perfect for me. You can roast
    longer or shorted depending on your preference.
  6. Let rest before slicing.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of Romano cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
